About Our Office
We were founded in Kanazawa, Ishikawa in 2004. We have several attorneys, each of whom has their own specialties. We handle our legal cases through mutual cooperation, however.
As one of these attorneys, I have been thinking that Kanazawa should be more international, but there are very few attorneys who can handle cross-border cases. For this reason, I studied for, and passed, the California bar exam and am now focusing on cross-border issues to make this city more international.

Attorney Fees
Consultation
Initial appointment can be made by e-mail or telephone, and is free of charge. We charge 5,000 yen（consumer tax not included） for consultation at our office lasting 30 minutes or less. Clients will be charged an additional 5,000 yen（consumer tax not included） for each additional 30-minute-or-less time period.
We can also provide virtual consultation via Zoom or Skype. The fee system is the same as the office consultation.
Reviewing or Drafting of contracts or other legal documents
We will operate on an hourly basis for the review or drafting of contracts or other legal documents. If clients can provide sufficient or detailed information, we can provide a total fee estimate.
Negotiation and Litigation
As for fees to represent clients in negotiations or litigation, we will operate either on a quasi-contingency fee basis, consisting of a retainer and contingency fee, or on an hourly basis. We will estimate the total fee, and after the contract is signed we will commence representation.
